- Order Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order placed on
the Nearwala app within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please go to the 'My
Orders' section in the app, select the order you wish to cancel, and follow the
cancellation process. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team
- Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation within the
specified time frame, you will receive a full refund of the order amount to the
original payment method used during the purchase.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests made after the
24-hour window will be subject to review and may not be eligible for a full
refund. Any applicable refund, in this case, will be at the discretion of
