Refund Policy for Nearwala App Service

At Nearwala, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Refunds for Digital Vouchers and N-Cash:
  1. Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds on digital vouchers and N-Cash if the following conditions are met:
    • The voucher or N-Cash has not been redeemed or used.
    • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team. Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds for Physical Products:
  1. Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds on physical products if the following conditions are met:
    • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Return Process: To request a return and refund for a physical product, go to the 'My Orders' section in the app, select the order containing the item you wish to return, and follow the instructions for return initiation.
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
  5. Late Returns: Returns requested after the 7-day period may not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any refund, in this case, will be at the discretion of Nearwala.
