At Nearwala, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied
with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully:
Refunds for Digital Vouchers and N-Cash:
- Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds on digital vouchers
and N-Cash if the following conditions are met:
- The voucher or N-Cash has not been redeemed or used.
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our
customer support team. Once your request is received and approved, we will
initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds for Physical Products:
- Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds on physical products
if
the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Return Process: To request a return and refund for a physical
product, go to the 'My Orders' section in the app, select the order containing
the item you wish to return, and follow the instructions for return initiation.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify
its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs may apply unless the
return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return
shipping expenses.
- Late Returns: Returns requested after the 7-day period may not
be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any refund, in this
case, will be at the discretion of Nearwala.
